In a sentence, tell us about yourself

An enthusiastic, energetic person who will chat to you for days about anything; obsessed with running and finding cool places to eat and drink in London.

What gets you up in the morning? What’s the first thing you do?

Cup of tea; shower; plan what I’m going to do for the day; check Strava and give my kudos out!!

"Running in London means you can go somewhere and feel inspired to be a better version of yourself!"

How about what gets you out the door to run?

Knowing that I will feel epic afterwards: releasing endorphins and seeing some friends on my run will make me feel better. Listening to some banging tunes on the move will clear my day if I am stressed.

[Editors note: Hey, Phoebe, can you drop the session playlist for the people out there?!]

What excites you about the running community in London?

So many people can participate: it’s accessible to everyone no matter what speed, distance you want to do, or background you’re from. And that you can go somewhere and feel inspired to be a better version of yourself!

Favourite shoe of all time?

ASICS Cumulus - Super Comfortable.

Give us some London recs, what should we be checking out? (Food, Drink, Running, otherwise)
